Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
As you may be aware, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is the sudden, unexpected death of an infant that remains unexplained after all known and possible causes have been ruled out. It is the number one cause of death for infants one month to one year of age, claiming the lives of 2,100 babies in the United States each year. Historically SIDS has been a mystery, leaving behind devastated families and bewildered physicians.

The Jason Lutz SIDS Foundation is a charitable, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organization committed to raising awareness of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and funding research to determine the cause that will ultimately lead to prevention of SIDS.
